1 - BRIEF & PROJECT QUOTE

Fill-out the Project Brief online.

The “Project Brief” gives us an insight into what you are looking to accomplish with your custom apparel / merchandise. Upon review of this brief we will schedule a 30 minute project consultation to confirm details and review specifics.

During this consultation the following occurs:

  • Review the Project Brief together and ensure we understand your needs
  • Discuss the project timeline in detail
  • Answer any questions you may have about the process or gear, etc

2 - MOCK-UP / PROOF PROVIDED

After our meeting we will provide you with a visual Mock-Up of what your finished product(s) will look like using our recommended decoration methods & garments.

At this point there’s only a few things left to do:

  • Finalize your garment choice – samples can be ordered prior to production if you want to see & feel the fabrics available
  • Confirm your decoration method or discuss other options
  • Submit final Order QTY’s via e-mail

If you are not satisfied with your mock-up just let us know – we will work to tweak your design until it meets your needs.

3 - PRODUCTION

(7-14 days)

After you approve the digital mock-up(s) that you were provided you can sit back & relax and leave it to us! This is where we take the wheel and begin the production process which generally will take anywhere from 7 to 14 business days depending on your order size & a number of other factors.

During the production process you are welcome to reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns but remember – at this point it’s too late to make any changes so it’s important to make sure you are happy with the proofs you were provided in the previous step.

3 - MERCH DELIVERY

2-4 Business Days Shipped Nationwide!

When we finish the production process we will reach out via e-mail with the good news. Soon after you receive that notification a tracking number will be sent to your inbox so that you can monitor the delivery of your custom apparel & merchandise.
